If you find the same item for a lower price on another
web site only (this does not include retail stores), we
will match the order plus give you 10% of difference between
the lower price and our price.
The
item must be currently available in the same style, size,
quantity, and color that is on our site- it cannot be
a knock off of the same dress.
It cannot be an auction site or paid dress club.
It must be a legitimate web site located in the US. -
any extra charges such as local taxes (if any) and any
shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when
calculating the price difference.
Web site must be validated and confirmed by Flower Girl
Dress For Less staff before offer can be redeemed.
Offer is valid for up 10 days after you make your purchase
with us and applies to a maximum of three (3) items of
any particular style per order.
Exchanges:
Your
100% satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you receive a
product and need to exchange it for a different size,
style or color, call us or email us the day or day after
receipt. We will be glad to assist you in handling your
exchange. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping
costs on item(s) returned and replacement items re-shipped.
Buyer agrees to have their credit card recharged to process
exchanges. Please see below for return procedures.
Return and Exchange Procedures:
We
want you to be happy with your purchase. Please comply
with the following return policy to process your return
or exchange. You may return it with the following conditions
for a refund or exchange (minus shipping fees and 15%
restocking fee).

To request a Return Authorization (RA) number, please open a ticket by by going to support.flowergirldressforless.com
within 24 hours of receipt of package. Do not ship the package back without a valid RA number.
- Any
merchandise received by AIR shipping on a
Friday or Saturday, cannot be returned or exchanged.
This only applies to clients who called in for emergency
air-shipping.
- Please
use the same shipping box (if possible) and take your
item(s) to your local shipper within 2 business days
from receipt. All shoe boxes must some back in protective
boxes- do not place stamps and addresses on the outside
of our shoe boxes-priority mail boxes are free at
the local post office. Please use USPS Priority Mail,
UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or any other traceable
method. To be eligible for any refund or exchange,
item(s) must be received by us within
10 calendar days from date of your original delivery.
After 10 calendar days from date of receipt, the order
is considered final sale. Please include a detailed
note of what you are exchanging for so there are no
delays in processing.
- Merchandise
must be in unworn, undamaged, resalable condition
with any original tags attached. All dresses are thoroughly
inspected for any sign of being worn including; smoke
or food odor, pet hair and picks/runs in fabric. Please
remove your jewelry when handling garments to avoid
accidentally damaging a dress. Suits and Tuxedos must
be on original hangers and be complete to be accepted
for return. They cannot be resold otherwise and will
not be accepted for return.
- Please
insure all items that you are returning as we cannot
be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the buyer's
responsibility.
- Parts or pieces of dresses cannot be returned for credit, such as sashes or flowers. They may be exchanged for another color one time only following the regular time guidelines of our policy. Any headpieces, tiaras or tights that have been opened cannot be accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.
- Refusals:
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, UPS
will charge us for the full cost of shipping of the
return shipment back to us. The original shipping
charges (to you) and the return shipping charges back
(to us) will be deducted from the credit amount. All
other return policies will apply.
- Refunds:
If you received free shipping and subsequently return
any item(s) for refund, the shipping cost will be
deducted from the refund amount. Additionally the
15% restocking fee on the returned item(s) will be
deducted from the refund amount. This shipping cost
can range from $12.00-$20.00 depending on original
box weight and size. To avoid unnecessary returns
and delays, please measure your child and order the
correct size. Because our orders are pulled and processed
immediately, any order that is changed or cancelled
after receiving confirmation, will be charged 15%
of the total order to cover any expenses that we incur
to make changes or cover credit card processing fees.
- Items
from our Red Tag Sale Category, Items marked Sale, Custom Orders, and
Discounted items are sold as Final Sale.
Any item that states “special order” under the description is not eligible for return or exchange.
We
guarantee the lowest prices on all of our items and are
able to maintain them because of the way we handle returns.
Please keep in mind that online retailers have to re-sell
your item that you send back- so keeping a dress out for
a short period under our guidelines, insures that you
are receiving a brand new dress that is fresh. As a parent,
we would not want to receive a dress that had been in
a strangers home for the 15-30 days that some of the other
online retailers offer. Our policies are in place to protect
you and insure you receive a gorgeous dress at a great
savings that you could not find at your local store.
